We can print on 100% of the cards surface allowing true edge-to-edge printing. All cards are manufactured with smooth, clean surfaces for optimum printing quality. Whatever your design, our custom deigned Photo ID Tags can accommodate your needs and are adaptable for portrait or landscape layout.

Card sizes are PVC Plastic (standard credit card size) 5.5cm x 8.5cm, 30 mil thickness or Adhesive backed 15 mil thickness designed for adhering to access control proximity cards.

Your Photo ID Card can include a slit or circle on either the top or side of your ID Tag. This is so the ID Badge can be worn by attaching ID accessories such as lanyards, badge reels and vinyl clips or safety pins at no extra cost.

Adhesive Backed Cards

We can provide thin adhesive backed cards for use with proximity cards. Captured images can be printed directly on the adhesive backed cards which can then be placed onto the proximity cards. 

Proximity Cards

Proximity cards are about credit card size but are thicker. Proximity readers sense the presence of a valid card when it is within range (3″- 30″ depending on the reader) and allows access.

Swipe Cards

With standard high coercivity magnetic stripes can be encoded for use with magstripe readers which require a card to be either “swiped” or “inserted” into a reader. Swipe cards are PVC credit card size with a long life in excess of 10,000 swipes and are used in conjunction with many cashless points of sale and vending systems.

Smart Cards

Have a computer chip embedded in the surface of the card which can be programmed to perform tasks while offering high data storage. Constructed of PVC, smart cards are multi purpose cards – access, transaction, healthcare as well as Photo ID Tags.
